As the first process of wine making, you have to extract the juice from grapes and other fruits. You can extract the juice by various processes, like crushing, boiling, chopping, pressing or soaking.
After extracting the juice from the fruits, you should put the juice in vessels for 3 to 10 days for fermentation. Never forget to add yeast, sugar and acid in the juice before leaving that for fermentation. Make sure that the temperature is between 70 to 75 Fahrenheit, during the fermentation process.
After the fermentation process has been done, you should store the wine in bottles. Cover the bottles with cork and keep those in upright position. The storage process takes time. You have to store the wine for at least six months to make it potable. The more time you store the wine, the better would be the taste of the wine.
The above mentioned process is the basic process of making wine. In order to give your homemade wine the taste of wines, which are selling in the market, you have to fallow some complicated process; but the above mentioned process is common for all kind of wine making.
